In the years 2022 and 2023 we organized a series of information sessions at the former Model prison, aimed at the professionals who propose, decide and manage the Barcelona City Council’s memory policies. The aim was responding to the needs of the agents who work in the field, resolving doubts and, ultimately, promoting and coordinating memory policies in the ten districts of the city. The sessions offered a compendium of legal concepts, historical precedents and practical examples of action on urban memorial heritage.
